You will receive an emailed or phone call if additional information is needed. Otherwise, you will receive a confirmation email with the appointment time and additional information about the location and parking information.
If fingerprinting, the type of of fingerprinting you are requesting and the number of people needing fingerprinting.
If notary services, the type of document(s) needing notarization, and the number of people signing the document(s).
