URGENT or EMERGENCY NOTARY APPOINTMENTS
I understand there may be a need for "emergency" notarization (pre-surgery, for example) or appointments for the convenience of signers whose schedules prevent their ability to schedule an appointment during regular hours.
If at all possible, I am happy to accommodate these requests, so please submit your request and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Requests without a contact phone number that has a working voicemail (unless it is an international number) will not be responded to.
NOTE: You will not have a confirmed appointment unless you receive a confirmation email from me.

IF YOU ARE REQUESTING LIVESCAN I need to know the purpose for the livescan. You must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder to request an FBI Background check by livescan.
I can also help you request a background check directly from the FBI so please email and request that I call you and provide your availability.
If possible, give two or three options.
FINGERPRINTING: Do you need inked fingerprinting (on fingerprint cards), or livescan fingerprinting (digital) for an FBI Identity Summary History Report.
NOTARY: The title/type of documents needing notarization, the number of signers involved. I will call you to confirm other specifics concerning the request to do my best to ensure I will be able to notarize for you before confirming an appointment.

This is the preferred initial method of contacting me to insure that I am able to respond to your request in a timely manner. I am the only one answering the phone so when my schedule is full it delays my ability to retrieve and then return phone calls.
A confirmation of an appointment will be emailed to the address on the completing and submitting the form above, you will be emailed specific information about the location in Kakaako where I meet with customers
and the parking location I validate for customer parking.
